The Division of Neuroradiology in the Russell H. Morgan Department of Radiology and Radiological Science at Johns Hopkins University is seeking a fellowship-trained, ABR subspecialty certified or eligible Neuroradiologist at the Clinical Associate/Assistant professor/Associate Professor/Professor level. This is a 100% subspecialized neuroradiology position. The compensation package and faculty rank is commensurate with experience.
Non-traditional work shifts are possible and can be discussed.
This is a full-time permanent appointment. Responsibilities include fellow, resident and medical student teaching, multidisciplinary conferences with Neurosurgery, Neurology, Otolaryngology, Neuro-oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Pathology. Opportunities for protected time for scholarly activity are offered for those interested in research. Pathways for promotion are available through scholarly, clinical, and/or educational excellence.

**The expected base pay for this faculty position is $240,000 (assistant professor), $260,000 (associate professor) to $280,000 (professor). This position is entitled to quarterly supplements that total an additional $80,000 per year subject to meeting the clinical days worked minimum (approximately 180 clinical days per year).
This position also qualifies for a productivity bonus of up to $90,000 per year based on meeting work relative value unit (wRVU) targets, and a year-end academic bonus of up to $40,000 based on meeting goals for academic productivity, education, quality and citizenship. All supplements and bonuses are subject to the timely completion of clinical documentation. As a result, the annual maximum compensation for this position ranges from $450,000 to $490,000 based on academic rank and the factors described above.
